Last updated: July 24, 2026

Angkat PH Business Services Inc. ("Angkat," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy

and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we

collect, use, share, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website

(angkatph.com), use our client platform (app.angkatph.com), or otherwise interact with us

(together, the "Services").

We process personal data as a Personal Information Controller in accordance with the

Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, the "DPA"), its Implementing

Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect only the information we need to provide and improve the Services:

  • Account and identity data: your name, email address, contact number, and login or session information.
  • Business or representative details you provide: company name, address, and authorized representative.
  • Transaction and platform data: information you enter or upload while using the platform, such as shipment details and proof-of-payment documents. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and basic activity logs collected automatically to operate and secure the Services.
  • We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a

    specific purpose and you have separately consented to it.

    2. How and why we use your data

    We use personal data to:

  • create, verify, and manage your account;
  • provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • process and record your transactions and communications;
  • keep the Services secure and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and
  • with your separate consent, send you updates or promotional messages (which you can opt out of at any time).
  • Our legal bases for processing include your consent, the performance of a contract with

    you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, and compliance with

    legal obligations.

    3. Consent

    Where the law requires consent, we ask for it clearly, and we record the version of this

    Policy and the date and time you accepted it. You may withdraw your consent at any time,

    although doing so may limit or prevent our ability to provide certain Services. Withdrawing

    consent does not affect processing already carried out.

    4. Cookies and similar technologies

    Our website and platform use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in,

    remember your preferences, and secure your session. You can control cookies through your

    browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may affect how the Services work.

    5. How we share your data

    We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Services, and only

    with:

  • service providers and processors acting on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations (for example, hosting, database, email, e-signature, and payment technology providers);
  • logistics, banking, and business partners where necessary to fulfill a transaction you request;
  • government authorities, regulators, or courts when required by law or legal process; and
  • professional advisers (such as auditors and lawyers) under a duty of confidentiality.
  • 6. Cross-border transfers

    Some of our service providers and infrastructure are located outside the Philippines. Where

    personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure it

    continues to receive a comparable level of protection consistent with the DPA.

    7. Data retention

    We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this

    Policy and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and contractual requirements. When personal data is

    no longer needed, we securely delete, anonymize, or dispose of it.

    8. Security

    We use reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect

    personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and per-account data

    isolation, restricted administrative access, and secure handling of credentials. No system is

    completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who

    need it. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the NPC and affected data

    subjects within seventy-two (72) hours of knowledge or reasonable belief of the breach, as

    required by NPC Circular No. 16-03.

    9. Your rights as a data subject

    Under the DPA, you have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed; access your

    personal data; object to processing; rectify inaccurate data; suspend, withdraw, or order the

    blocking, removal, or destruction of your data; be indemnified for damages arising from unlawful

    processing; obtain a copy of your data in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with the NPC.

    To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@angkatph.com.

    We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also file a complaint

    with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

    10. Children

    The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to

    children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has

    provided us personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

    11. Third-party links

    Our website and platform may contain links to third-party sites and services that we do not

    control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their

    privacy notices.

    12. Changes to this Policy

    We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date

    above, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of

    the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
