These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (angkatph.com), the
client platform (app.angkatph.com), and related online services (together, the "Services")
provided by Angkat PH Business Services Inc. ("Angkat," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to
our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

terms provided to you at the time of the transaction. Information, estimates, and quotations shown
on the platform are for convenience and may change.

(for example, account details and uploaded documents). You represent that you have the right to
provide them and that they are accurate and lawful. You grant Angkat a limited license to use,

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before resorting to legal
action, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.
